Volunteering for Events

There are many ways to help when volunteering to assist with events. These can include different tasks and roles from pre-event help with mailings, postering and ticket sales, to day-of-event set-up, registration, merchandise sales, parking direction, ushering, and clean-up. If you are interested in volunteering to help with an event or events, please call our Foundation Office or fill out our online event volunteer application.

Donating Silent Auction Items

Currently, the hospital holds one event per year that includes a silent auction. We accept in-kind donations that can be incorporated into our existing silent auction packages. Examples of donated items which are helpful to us include: airline tickets, hotel stays for a weekend or longer, week stays in vacation homes, lift tickets at ski resorts, tickets to Broadway or Las Vegas shows, greens fees for a round of golf for two or four people, etc. We also accept donated services, such as massages, acupuncture, accountants services, gardening etc., and handmade or high-end accessories and clothing, furniture, and artwork. If you would like to make an in-kind donation for one of our silent auctions, please contact our Foundation Office.

Each of our fundraising events has sponsorship opportunities available. If you are interested in sponsoring one or more of our events, please download the sponsorship information for that event, if available. You can also contact our Foundation Office.
