Thank you to all those who join us at the Jetties for the Boston Pops on Nantucket concert to benefit Nantucket Cottage Hospital. The Pops on Nantucket is a tradition now: fine food, outstanding music, the gorgeous setting of an August evening on Jetties Beach. This event directly benefits NCH and our many programs which in turn benefits Nantucket residents and visitors alike.

Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops' annual Pops on Nantucket concert features Broadway sensation Michael Cavanaugh, hand-picked by Billy Joel to star in his smash hit Movin’ Out. Cavanaugh brings a thrilling night of the Piano Man’s music to Jetties Beach, including such show-stoppers as “River of Dreams,” “You May Be Right,” “Uptown Girl,” and “Piano Man.” Keith Lockhart also leads the orchestra with music from the Boston Pops' latest release The Red Sox Album, including Fenway’s favorite “Sweet Caroline,” and other baseball classics such as “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” with soprano Kristen Watson and tenor Matthew Anderson, and “Casey at the Bat” with narrator Jeremiah Kissel.
