As a sponsor, what kind of
recognition would I receive?
- In each boxed note card set, there will be approximately
15,000 cards printed: 20 cards to a box, with 750 boxes printed.
The sponsor(s) of a note card set is recognized on the back of
every box AND on the back of each individual note card as either
the sole, or partnering (shared) sponsor.
- Calendar monthly sponsors are recognized in a wide
banner along the bottom of the calendar page for that month. Their
name is also listed, along with their phone number, in the text
describing that month’s garden.
- Mention will be made of our sponsors in many of
the Hospital’s press releases and on our web site.
- Depending on which gift item they are sponsoring,
sponsors will also receive 3 complimentary sets of note cards,
or 3 complimentary calendars, and an invitation to the Secret Gardens
Thank-You party & cocktail reception, to be held early next
summer.
When will the note cards and the calendar be
published and for how long will it be sold?
Both the boxed set of note cards and the 2009 Calendar
will debut in June, 2008. The note cards will be sold indefinitely,
and the calendar will be sold from June 2008 through February 2009. |
What will be
the retail cost of the note cards and the retail cost of the calendar?
The cost of the note cards will be $16.95 and the cost
of the calendar will be $14.95.
As a calendar monthly sponsor, may I choose
my month for sponsorship?
All efforts will be made to accommodate our sponsors;
however, design elements will determine final decisions.
How many copies of each will be printed?
There will be 15,000 note cards printed (750 note card
boxes with 20 cards to a box), and there will be 2,000 copies of
the Calendar printed.
Where will the note cards and the calendars
be sold?
The note cards and calendars will be available on our
website, with links to other Nantucket websites, and in frequented
island locales, such as Visitor’s Services, and various shops and
boutiques, as well as at bookstores and garden centers. |
