We offer a comprehensive program of exercise, education and counseling through the establishment of our Cardiac Rehab Service Department.

Our Cardiac Rehab team consists of a year-round physician, the department's Medical Director, and specially trained hospital staff. The goal and mission are to develop an individualized plan of care for each patient with heart disease.
