How Can Nantucket Cottage Hospital
Better Serve Our Community?

On January 24, Nantucket Cottage Hospital will begin conducting a survey of island residents to find out how we might better serve your needs and the needs of our community. Within the next three weeks, you may be contacted by the market research firm we have engaged to conduct this survey. Whether you are asked by postcard, email or over the phone, please consider investing the 15 or 20 minutes of your time that it will take to help us understand your needs. The survey is anonymous and all responses will be kept private. There will be no follow up contact resulting from taking the survey. No patient files are being used to obtain personal contact information.

To thank you for participating, you will, if you wish, be entered into a drawing for one of 25 Boston Pops on Nantucket prize packages including premium seating and general admission tickets. Details of the prize packages are below. Winners will be announced on February 29, 2012. You must complete the survey to be entered.

Boston Pops on Nantucket Prize Details:

FIVE available: Pair of Patron seats at a table (value $1,500 per seat). A table on the beach to enjoy the concert. Gourmet supper with champagne and wine service. Cocktail party, dessert/dancing reception and VIP gift.

TEN available: Pair of Friend seats (value $600 per seat). A seat on the beach to enjoy the concert. Champagne, wine and water service. Cocktail party reception included.

TEN available: Family package of General Admission tickets (value $360). Six general admission beach tickets to enjoy the concert. Six Pops logo hats and six Pops logo t-shirts.
