Better Serve Our Community?
On January 24, Nantucket Cottage Hospital will begin conducting a survey of island residents to find out how we might better serve your needs and the needs of our community. Within the next two weeks, you may be contacted by the market research firm we have engaged to conduct this survey. Whether you are asked by postcard, email or over the phone, please consider investing the 15 or 20 minutes of your time that it will take to help us understand your needs. The survey is anonymous and all responses will be kept private. There will be no follow up contact resulting from taking the survey. No patient files are being used to obtain personal contact information.
